General description

The Phottix Saldo 395 is a lightweight light stand with a built-in boom arm that can be used as a vertical stand or as a boom stand. It belongs to the Saldo series, with a two-tone chrome and black finish.

As a vertical stand, it extends up to 395 cm; as a boom stand, it offers a height of 190 cm with a 210 cm boom arm. It includes a sandbag as a counterweight.
Modular design and compatibility
  • Lights and accessories with 1/4" or 5/8" threads.
  • Light stands with diameters of 20, 25, 30, and 35 mm.
  • Loads of up to 8 kg at the end of the arm or leg.
Workflow and connectivity

It deploys as a vertical stand when only height is needed, or as a jib when the light needs to be positioned over the subject. In jib mode, the counterweight is used to balance the arm.

The light is attached using the 1/4" or 5/8" threads and placed exactly where needed, for both studio photography and video.
