General Rental Terms and Conditions

The rented equipment and its accessories, which are the subject of this contract, are the exclusive property of CAMARALIA VÍDEO PROFESIONAL S.L. (hereinafter Camaralia).

Equipment reservation:

Reservations may be made by phone or email. They may be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed date. If the reservation is canceled between 48 and 24 hours before the agreed time, 25% of the total rental amount will be charged. If the cancellation occurs at the time of equipment collection, a full day's rental will be charged.

Equipment collection and return:

Camaralia shall deliver the equipment to the lessee in perfect technical and aesthetic condition. The lessee agrees to return it in perfect condition at the agreed date and time.

No equipment will be delivered to any person who is not properly identified by a valid legal document, such as a national ID card or passport. Camaralia reserves the right not to rent the equipment.

The agreed price does not include any training on the use of the rented equipment.

Rental payment:

Rental payment shall be made in cash or by bank card at the time of collection. A security deposit (generally 25% of the market value of the rented equipment) will be required and must be paid exclusively by credit card or in cash.

If payment is to be made by bank transfer, the transferred amount must be reflected in our account before the equipment is delivered. Please note that transfers from other banks may take between 24 and 48 hours to arrive.

Damage to or loss of equipment:

If the equipment is returned with damage that was not reported at the time of collection, or if any item cannot be returned due to loss, the lessee shall be obliged to pay for the equipment at the current market price.

If payment is not made within 7 days of return, Camaralia may take any legal action it deems appropriate.

Equipment collection or return outside of business hours:

The equipment may be collected Monday through Thursday until 4:00 p.m. and Friday until 2:00 p.m.

Equipment must be returned on the agreed day before 11:00 a.m.

Late return of equipment:

In the event of a delay in returning the equipment, Camaralia will charge the lessee an additional day's rental (at the full rate) for each day of delay. If a delay occurs without agreement between the parties, Camaralia may take appropriate legal action.

The rental period may be extended without any additional charge, provided that the lessee requests the extension before the return date and the parties agree.

Improper use of the rented equipment:

Camaralia accepts no responsibility for replacing equipment that breaks down due to improper use during the rental period.

Liability for damage caused to the equipment:

The lessee shall be solely responsible for any damage caused to the equipment resulting from improper use.

Civil liability for damage caused to third parties:

The lessee is entirely responsible for any damage caused by improper use. Camaralia accepts no liability in cases where the rented equipment may cause an accident.

Taking the rented equipment out of the country:

At the time of rental or at any time thereafter, the lessee must notify Camaralia if the equipment is to be taken abroad during the rental period. The lessee shall be entirely responsible for all arrangements related to this export.

Liability arising from the LOPD:

Camaralia shall under no circumstances be liable for any liability arising from actions that may be taken under Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, as a result of recordings obtained or the loss of information. The lessee shall be responsible for any legal actions brought on such grounds.

Express submission to the Courts of Seville:

The fulfillment or interpretation of the conditions set out herein, in the event of any dispute, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Seville, and the lessee hereby expressly waives any right to a different jurisdiction that may apply.
